20 Years' magnificent development for Jiangmen YD hardware CO., Ltd.

Founded in 2009, our journey began in a small 3000 sqm workshop in Xinhui with just 15 employees, specializing in the production of silicon tooling for manufacturers and exporters of hotel and restaurant kitchen supplies. Under the visionary leadership of our CEO, Mr. Chen, has thrived. Known for his intelligence and remarkable foresight, Mr. Chen has played a pivotal role in shaping our growth and success within the commercial kitchen supply industry.

In 2012, Mr. Chen expanded operations by establishing our first 5000 sqm factory, employing 35 workers and focusing on the production of stainless steel buffetware, including economic chafers, roll-top chafers, Juice Dispensers, coffee urns, and more. By the end of the same year, Mr. Chen partnered with Mr. Ben, who was appointed as the Sales Director of Jiangmen YD Hardware. Together, they initiated the company’s journey into international markets. Despite being a new player, the company quickly made strides, exporting $2 million worth of products through domestic trading companies by year’s end.

In 2015, Mr Ben found a significant project “ Stainless Steel Gastronomy Pan “ which was widely used in commercial kitchen industry in Europe & America. They divided in European style and US style steam table pan which manufactured in Spain, Italy and USA. Mr Ben ask Mr Chen to develop all comprehensive gn pan sizes from 2/1 to 1/12 size in 12 months. Finally we own the 2nd factory of stainless steel gn pan in 2016.

The first five years were crucial for Jiangmen YD Hardware, laying the foundation of our reputation and accumulating capital. We were well-known both domestically and internationally within the HoReCa industry by 2020. We established strong partnerships with renowned importers like Winco, Saro, and Vollrath, further solidifying our presence in the market.Recognizing the need for expansion, CEO Mr. Chen made the strategic decision to move to a larger 40,000+ sqm factory in Shuangshui Town, equipped with ISO 4000 & BSCI certification. During this period, we also broadened our product range, developing and producing additional restaurant kitchen equipment such as hydraulic induction chafers, food warming devices, cereal dispensers, and metal fabrication items. By the end of 2023, Jiangmen YD Hardware achieved a major milestone, with a sales turnover of $25 million and more than 1,000 containers (40HQ) exported globally."

Jiangmen YD Hardware is now entering a new phase of rapid growth. With the support of the Xinhui Government, CEO Mr. Chen has secured a 60,000+ sqm area, setting the stage for the company to become the leading manufacturer in China. Our vision is to integrate production lines for SS GN pans, buffetware, metal fabrication, commercial cookware, and snack food equipment into one of the largest industrial zones, creating an efficient, cost-effective solution for our global long-term partners to consolidate container shipments. As we continue to grow stronger, we are deeply grateful for the support and trust from our strategic business partners. Staying true to our roots as a traditional Chinese manufacturer, we also value the hard work and dedication of our employees. The new facility will include a staff dormitory and entertainment building, further emphasizing our commitment to improving the well-being of our team.
